In this session, students will participate in a hands-on matcha-making experience while also giving back to the school community. Participants will prepare matcha kits and write handwritten appreciation notes that will be distributed to teachers and staff as a form of gratitude and support. Alongside this, students will learn about the cultural background of matcha and engage in simple mindfulness practices focused on slowing down and managing stress.
The primary goal of this session is to serve others through appreciation and meaningful acts of gratitude.
