Build practical stress-management skills and put them to use. Participants will discuss real-life stress and coping, try a guided box breathing exercise, and learn how mindfulness can improve focus and emotional balance. Then, as a service project, each person will create three “Mindfulness Guide” brochures to share simple, useful strategies with others in the community.
